Artist Submissions

We are very artist friendly at Art Allies and submissions from artists are welcome at any time. We are also constantly scouring Waterloo Region for new artists to add to our roster and appreciate referrals from anyone. Part-timers are welcome... we know many talented software developers and engineers who are creating fantastic artwork on the side. We also accept submissions from students.

As a first step, please email us 5-10 images that represent the range of your work with a corresponding image list (title, medium, size, year) or a link to your website or both! We would also appreciate a recent version of your CV as well as any other background information you think represents you and your work (articles, art reviews, etc.). Please do not send original artwork.

After we receive your email, we will review your submission and our goal is to contact you within a week or so if we need more information or we’d like to see your work live and in person. (Due to overwhelming response to Art Allies, it may take us a little longer to get in touch but we will respond as soon as possible! Thanks for your patience.)

Please note that selections are made by a panel of jurors who consider your talent, originality and our client preferences in making their decisions.
